GAI’s new Electropneumatic Linear Monoblock

MLE-661-BIER_2015_portaleGAI MACCHINE IMBOTTIGLIATRICI SPA presented world preview at CBC – Craft Brewers Conference, from the 14th to the 17th of April, in Portland, Oregon (USA) a NEW Electropneumatic Linear Monoblock (MLE) using the new patented valve UNICA presented on last SIMEI 2013, but with maximum 6 spouts.
This machine is so able to work with still and sparkling products without compromises, but intended to low productivity and small batches, resulting a reduced economical investment for the customers.
The filling valve design allows to reduce the total packaged oxygen in the bottle and optimize the speed production. Furthermore it is possible to work with a considerable speed even if the product temperature is higher than 5-6°C (41-43F). Meticulous attention in design of each component, strict procedures in surfaces and pipes manufacturing, significant use of electro-polished stainless steel and separate control management of each filling circuit guarantee a perfect cleaning.
The user-friendly HMI allows to check all parameters during the filling cycle such as pressure, vacuum degree into the bottle making really simple to set up the perfect filling cycle for each product.
The machine can be equipped with remote service assistance and web portal where is possible to register and storage information concerning filling and cleaning cycles. GAI experience in bottling monoblocks and the state-of-the-art technology on the market guarantee the best result at the maximum speed with the lowest annual maintenance cost.
